Country 1/196: The United States of America. Every journey must start somewhere, and mine began in January 2015 on the shores of Waikiki Beach, Hawaii, after a rather substantial victory in a casino in Vancouver, and a spontaneous booking of a flight to The Aloha State. What followed that year was a trip to every other state in America (without getting shot), which included a four-month road trip to the very brightest and darkest parts of a quite spectacular nation.
