Fjords carve through the landscape with breathtaking precision, while mountains rise dramatically, often draped in mist. The Lofoten Islands showcase a mix of wild beauty and quaint fishing villages, and Tromsø combines modernity with Arctic history in a way few places can match. Evenings bring the elusive promise of the Northern Lights, though their inevitable absence often adds a touch of irony to the journey.
