Bucket List 196: Dominica!

Visitors can explore historic military garrisons, swim beneath icy mountain-fed cascades, and walk through coastal villages untouched by mass tourism. Bring a decent pair of shoes, and be sure to pause at the Ruins Rock Café in Roseau by the port for live music and a hell of an atmosphere.
