Country 9/196: Brunei. A nation I knew very little about before my arrival in the capital: Bandar Seri Begawan. I left three days later knowing even less than when I arrived, as this minature Muslim nation gave very little away. Mosques and markets were the order of the trip as I traced the history of Brunei’s all powerful Sultan. One of the few absolute monarchies left in Asia, I had to be careful not to offend whilst I was there, but now is another matter.
